Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of piladaum.com (the “Site”) and any services, classes, sessions, memberships, packages, digital content, bookings, purchases, and studio facilities offered by Piladaum+ Pilates (“Piladaum+,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, booking a class/session, purchasing any package, membership, or product, visiting the studio, or participating in any class/session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

Participation in Pilates and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, dizziness, falls, or more serious injury.

You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, even if caused in whole or in part by the negligence or carelessness of Piladaum+ or its instructors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Health Acknowledgment

You confirm that:

You are physically able to participate and understand your personal limitations.
You will stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort and notify your instructor.
You understand it is recommended to consult a physician prior to participation.
If you are pregnant, postpartum, or have a medical condition, you have obtained medical clearance and informed your instructor as appropriate.

Piladaum+ does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and forever discharge Piladaum+ Pilates, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation in classes, sessions, or use of the Site, including claims based on negligence.

You agree not to bring any legal action against Piladaum+ for such claims.

4. Payments, Packages & Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final. Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: All sessions and classes must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full or deducted from your package.
Session Length: Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.
Packages: All class and session packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and must be used within 180 days of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

5. Scheduling Changes

Piladaum+ reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, class offerings, and availability at any time.

6. Photo & Media Release

You grant Piladaum+ permission to use photographs, video, or other recordings that may include your likeness for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, worldwide and without compensation, unless you notify us in writing prior to participation.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, branding, and class descriptions—is owned by or licensed to Piladaum+ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piladaum+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in services.

9. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or participation in services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

Piladaum+ may update these Terms at any time. The most current version posted on the Site governs your use.
